Multicenter phase 2 trial of brentuximab vedotin plus nivolumab after autoHSCT for R/R cHL

After autologous hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation (autoHSCT), consolidation with brentuximab vedotin (BV) in patients with high-risk relapsed or refractory classic Hodgkin lymphoma (R/R cHL) has been shown to improve progression-free survival compared with placebo. BV plus nivolumab is a safe and effective treatment for R/R cHL. A multicenter phase 2 trial in the USA evaluated BV plus nivolumab post-autoHSCT consolidation in patients with high-risk R/R cHL. The study showed that BV plus nivolumab was a safe and highly active consolidation regimen.
