Multicenter phase 1 trial of zoldonrasib for KRAS G12D-mutated non-small cell lung cancer

A multicenter phase 1 trial in the United States evaluated the oral RAS(ON) tri-complex inhibityor that selectively targets the G12D mutation in patients with previously treated, advanced KRAS G12D NSCLC. The trial is presented today at the AACR Annual Meeting in Chicago. Zoldonrasib showed encouraging antitumor activity, and tolerability was manageable.
