Relapsed or refractory peripheral T cell lymphomas (R/R PTCLs) are a group of aggressive diseases without known effective therapies. Constitutive activation of the JAK-STAT pathway has been observed in PTCL. Golidocitinib is an oral JAK1 inhibitor. A phase 1 trial in China and South Korea evaluated golidocitinib in heavily pretreated patients with R/R PTCLs. Golidocitinib had an acceptable safety profile and encouraging antitumor efficacy (objective response rate 39.2%; complete response rate 21.6%).
