Multicenter phase 1 study of ABBV-383 for relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma

ABBV-383 is a BCMA x CD3 T-cell engaging bispecific antibody. A multicenter first-in-human phase 1 study in the USA evaluated ABBV-383 for relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. The study found promising efficacy and good tolerability in heavily pretreated patients. The authors conclude that this therapy warrants further clinical evaluation.
