Multicenter first-in-human study of EZH2 inibition for relapsed or refractory mature lymphoid neoplasms
Prof. Jun Zhu
Dysregulation of EZH2 has a crucial role in lymphomagenesis. A first-in-human study at 13 centers in China evaluated the oral EZH2 inhibitor SHR2554 for relapsed or refractory mature lymphoid neoplasms, including B-cell lymphomas, T-cell lymphomas, and classical Hodgkin lymphoma. SHR2554 had an acceptable safety profile and promising antitumor activity (ORR 43%; 95% CI 33-53), providing evidence for future investigations.
