MRI-guided adaptive brachytherapy for locally advanced cervical cancer

The multinational prospective cohort study EMBRACE-1 found that chemoradiotherapy followed by MRI-guided adaptive brachytherapy resulted in effective and stable long-term local control across all stages of locally advanced cervical cancer, with limited severe morbidity per organ.
