The multicenter randomized phase 2 TheraP study in Australia compared ¹⁷⁷Lu-PSMA-617 versus cabazitaxel for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. ¹⁷⁷Lu-PSMA-617 resulted in higher PSA response and fewer grade 3 or 4 adverse events.
