The phase 1b-2 Study 111/KEYNOTE-146 evaluated the combination of daily lenvatinib 20 mg plus pembrolizumab 200 mg once every three weeks in cohorts of patients with advanced malignancies. Long-term results in the cohort of patients with previously treated advanced endometrial carcinoma, with median follow-up duration of 34,7 months, have now been published. The ORR was 39.8%, with median duration of response 22.9 months, median progression-free survival of 7.4 months, and median overall survival of 17.7 months. The combination was tolerated. The authors conclude that these results show tolerabity and efficacy of the combination for previously treated advanced endometrial carcinoma.
