Lenvatinib for advanced grade 1-2 pancreatic and gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors

The multinational phase II TALENT study evaluated lenvatinib for heavily pretreated advanced grade 1-2 pancreatic and gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors. The study found the highest centrally confirmed response reported to date with a multikinase inhibitor in advanced GEP-NETs, with a particularly strong response in the pancreatic NET cohort (44.2%).
