Immunogenomic biomarker analysis of tumors from pediatric patients enrolled to a phase 1-2 study of single-agent atezolizumab

The phase 1-2 iMATRIX-atezolizumab study evaluated single-agent atezolizumab for children and young adults with previously treated solid tumors, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, and Hodgkin lymphoma. Objective response was seen 5% of patients. Immunogenomic biomarker analysis of the tumors have now been published. The analysis uncovered features associated with response to immune checkpoint inhibition in pediatric patients with cancer.
