HRQOL with adjuvant pembrolizumab versus placebo for resected stage III melanoma

Design and efficacy results of the multinational phase 3 EORTC 1325-MG/KEYNOTE-054 study are described in the message above. Health-related quality-of-life analysis of the study found that after resection of stage III melanoma adjuvant pembrolizumab compared with placebo was not associated with clinically significant decrease in HRQOL. These results support the use of adjuvant pembrolizumab in this setting.
