HRQOL, pain, and symptomatic skeletal events with Lu-PSMA-617 for progressive metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer

In the multinational phase 3 PSMAfore trial, ¹⁷⁷Lu-PSMA-617 significantly improved radiographic progression-vree survival compared with change of androgen receptor pathway inhibitor (ARPI) in taxane-naïve patients with PSMA-positive mCRPC progressing on a previous ARPI. Patient-reported outcomes of the trial have now been published. The trial showed that ¹⁷⁷Lu-PSMA-617 compared with ARPI change delayed worsening of patient reported outcomes and prevented symptomatic skeletal events.
