Health-related quality of life with ciltacabtagene autoleucel for relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma in the CARTITUDE-1 trial

CARTITUDE-1 is a multicenter phase 1b-2 study evaluating ciltacabtagene autoleucel (cilta-cel) for relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. Primary results of the study, published last year, showed that a single cita-cel infusion resulted in early, deep, and durable responses in heavily pretreated patients. Health-related quality of life results have now been published. The treatment resulted in durable HRQOL improvements.
