Four-year follow-up of nivolumab plus low-dose ipilimumab for previously treated MSI-H/dMMR mCRC
Prof. Thierry André
In the multinational phase 2 CheckMate 142 study, four doses nivolumab plus low-dose ipilimumab Q3W followed by nivolumab Q2W provided robust and durable clinical benefit with a manageable safety profile in previously treated patients with microsatellite instability-high/mismatch repair-deficient metastatic colorectal cancer. Four-year follow-up found that ORR was 65%, while mediane DOR, PFS, and OS were not reached, with 48-month rates of PFS and OS 53% and 71%, respectively. No new safety signals were identified; TRAEs leading to discontinuation were seen in 13% of patients.
