Five year follow-up of continuous or limited-duration venetoclax plus rituximab for relapsed CLL

Five-year follow-up of a study of venetoclax plus rituximab (VenR) for relapsed CLL found that VenR induced deep responses that were highly durable with either continuous or limited-duration therapy. Retreatment with VenR induced responses in 3 of 4 patients with CLL progression after discontinuation of venetoclax.
