Extended follow-up of phase 1-2 study of mosunetuzumab for relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas

Mosunetuzumab is a CD20xCD3 T-cell-engaging bispecific antibody administered as an off-the shelf, fixed duration treatment in an outpatient setting. Extended follow-up of a phase 1-2 study of mosunetuzumab for relapsed or refractory (R/R) indolent or aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (iNHL/aNHL) has now been published. Complete or partial response was seen in 65.7% of the iNHL patients and 36.4% of the aNHL patients. Median duration of response was 23.2 months among all iNHL responders but was not reached among complete responders (panel A). In patients with aNHL, median duration of response for all responders was 7.8 months (panel B). Among complete responders who progressed postmosumetuzumab treatment who were retreated witn mosunetuzumab, 83.3% had an objective response and 58.3% achieved a second complete response. The authors conclude that among patients with R/R B-cell NHL mosunetuzumab can mediate durable remissions with time-limited treatment.
