Enzalutamide plus trastuzumab for HER2-positive, AR-positive advanced breast cancer

A multinational phase 2 study evaluated enzalutamide plus trastuzumab for heavily pretreated HER2-positive, androgen receptor-positive advanced breast cancer. The treatment was well tolerated, and induced durable disease control in a subset of patients (clinical benefit rate at 24 weeks 24%).
