Enfortumab vedotin in previously treated advanced urothelial carcinoma
Prof. Thomas Powles
The multinational phase 3 study EV-301 evaluated enfortumab vedotin versus standard chemotherapy for advanced urothelial carcinoma after platinum-based treatment and a PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitor. The overall survival was longer with EV than with chemotherapy (HR 0.70; p=0.001).
