Enfortumab vedotin after PD-(L)1 inhibitors for advanced urothelial carcinoma in cisplatin-ineligible patients
Cisplatin-ineligible patients with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma who were previously treated with PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitors have few treatment options. The multinational phase 2 study EV-201 evaluated enfortumab vedotin in these patients. The treatment was tolerable and resulted in complete response in 18 of 89 patients and partial response in 28 of 89, for an ORR 52% (95% CI 41-62).
