The phase 2 REGOMA trial suggested an encouraging overall survival benefit in glioblastoma patients treated with the multikinase inhibitor regorafenib at first relapse. A retrospective study in Germany evaluated the efficacy and side effects of regorafenib for in a real-life setting among grade 3 or 4 progressive glioma patients, predominantly with two pretreatment lines. The authors conclude that regorafenib seemed to be effective, despite considerable grade 3 or 4 side effects.
