Dose-reduced radiation therapy for HPV-associated OPSCC

The multicenter phase 2 NRG Oncology HN002 study found that reduced-dose IMRT (60 Gy over six weeks) with concurrent weekly cisplatin for p16-positive T1-2 N1-N2b M0 or T3 N0-N2b M0 OPSCC resulted in two-years PFS rate of 90.5% and one-year mean MDADI score of 85.30.
