The prognosis of patients with relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma (R/R LBCL) is poor. Epcoritamab is a subcutaneously administered CD3xCD20 bispecific antibody that activates T cells and directs them to malignant B cells expressing CD20. In the dose-expansion cohort of a multinational phase 1-2 trial, epcoritamab resulted in deep and durable responses with manageable safety in R/R LBCL patients, including those with prior CAR T-cell exposure.
