Cost-effectiveness of novel treatment sequences for transplant-ineligible multiple myeloma patients
Dr. Hedwig Blommestein
A modelling study based on data in the Dutch PHAROS registry and updated meta-analyses compared clinical efficacy and cost-effectiveness of thirty novel treatment sequences, including up to three lines of therapy, for non-transplant eligible multiple myeloma. The treatments were highly effective, but the cost-effectiveness ratios were above currently accepted willingness-to-pay thresholds.
