Camrelizumab with or without decitabine for relapsed or refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma
Prof. Weidong Han
PD-1 blockade monotherapy induced durable remission in a subset of patients with relapsed or refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma. A randomized phase 2 study at the Chinese PLA General Hospital (Beijing) evaluated addition of the DNA demethylating agent decitabine to the PD-1 inhibitor camrelizumab for R/R cHL. Addition of decitabine to camrelizumab was associated with improvement of progression-free survival, in all patients and in most subgroups, especially in patients with relative larger tumor burdens and those treated with 3 or more previous therapies.
