Burden of 30 cancers among men: global statistics in 2022 and projections for 2050

Analysis of GLOBOCAN data for 185 countries/territories found that among men in 2022, 10.3 million cancer cases and 5.4 million cancer deaths occurred. Substantial disparities between HDI and LDI/MDI countries were observed. Between 2022 and 2050, cancer cases among men are projected to increase to 19 million, and cancer deaths are projected to increase to 10.5 million (A: all men; B; adolescents and young adults; C: working age; D; age 65 and older).
