Association of high levels of antidrug antibodies against atezolizumab with efficacy for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma

Administration of atezolizumab could be immunogenic and induce undesirable antidrug antibody (ADA) responses. This may interfere with atezolizumab-mediated actions. multicenter study in South Korea found that high serum levels of antidrug antibodies against atezolizumab at cycle 2 day 1 were associated with poor clinical outcomes in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma treated with combination of atezolizumab and bevacizumab.
