Analysis of the multicenter Valentino study cohort in Italy found that in patients with left-sided BRAF/RAS wildtype, HER2-negative and microsatellite stable mCRC baseline ctDNA profiling added value to tumor tissue testing to refine the molecular selection for upfront anti-EGFR based strategies.
